A New Year Paddle in Michigan
Warm weather (for Michigan) so I got a chance to take a early paddle. The snow will be flying before you know it.

Motivation
My coaching background is imbedded in rowing. Mike Spracklen is a legend as far as I'm concerned. I have always been a fan of Canadian Rowing. Sport, no matter what it is dependent on constant motivation. Where do you want to take it?
